POLLACK | Weitzner, a leading NYC-based textile and wallcovering company, seeks an experienced, professional, and proactive client support representative to join our HQ team located in Soho.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to client calls and emails regarding our product, service questions and general client concerns.
- Processing and following up on orders, reserves, and quotes.
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Hybrid position in office / remote
- Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000
