Looking for a Made in the USA, Heritage luxury brand, which allows true customization for designers? We invite experienced sales professionals to join Chaddock’s Sales team and collaborate with our vision to meet sales objectives, broaden our territory account base, and assist in identifying brand and sales opportunities that complement Chaddock’s distinct business model among North Carolina manufacturers. The ideal candidate is a multi-line independent sales representative who maintains non-competing lines and possesses strong relationships with a cohesive customer base aligned with Chaddock’s mission to serve discerning interior designers seeking truly customizable furniture produced to order in our North Carolina Furniture Workroom. Lead Times - 3-4 weeks Upholstery and 6-8 Case goods. This position is offered as a 1099 role. New England Territory from Connecticut to Maine.

• Provides prompt replies to client inquiries and works closely with the customer service representative located in North Carolina.
• Collaborates with the VP of Sales to reach sales targets, expand the account base, and boost overall sales, as well as assists in recognizing opportunities and promoting customer loyalty.
Job Description
• This position is sales-oriented and involves frequent travel, while also encompassing the administrative responsibilities associated with account management.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative responsible for generating new business growth within the Territory by engaging both existing and potential interior design firms, and trade showrooms. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating proactive attention to detail, along with effective communication skills. Coordinate sales quotations through the Chaddock workroom, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of orders or inquiries.
• Client visits involve showcasing Chaddock's 90% USA-made product range, offering true custom options for upholstery and case goods. Imported products are due to unique materials and craftsmanship. Training covers product collections, online quoting/specifying and sample tools.
• Provide guidance on product choices for specification support, clarify available options and required upcharges, and help firms by offering suggestions and specifications tailored to their project requirements.
• The ideal candidate excels at leading meetings, delivering presentations, and establishing connections with interior designers. Social engagement is encouraged when appropriate to foster professional relationships. Strong storytelling abilities and effective problem-solving sales skills are essential.
• Participation in regional events is expected, including trade showrooms, show houses, High Point market attendance, and informal Sales Representative pop-up events. Direct experience with sales to design firms is also required.
• Demonstrates proficiency in office software, written communication, and client-focused interactions.
• Facilitates social media engagement and eBlast campaigns to connect with customers and prospects.
• Delivers concise weekly recaps and participates in monthly team calls
