We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design of distinguished residential projects
across single-family homes, new construction, and full-scale renovations. This is a rare opportunity for a design leader who thrives on client relationships, creative vision, and flawless execution from concept through completion.
This role will require our candidate to be proactive, extremely organized, and detail oriented. Candidate should be confident and comfortable working amongst clients, trades, and vendors independently, and comfortable working within a fast paced culture.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Lead all phases of high-end residential projects from initial concept and
space planning through procurement and installation

Manage new construction projects in close collaboration with architects,
contractors, and developers
—
Oversee full-scope renovations, coordinating trades and ensuring design intent
is upheld throughout
—
Develop and present design schemes, mood boards, material selections, and
FF&E specifications to clients
—
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of
contact throughout each project
—
Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision
and professionalism
— Contribute to studio culture and best practices
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
—
5+ years of professional experience with a focus on luxury residential
design
—
Demonstrated portfolio of completed single-family homes, new
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with
Studio Designer or similar PM software a plus
—
Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and the luxury vendor
landscape
—
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset
—
Local to to Hoboken / Jeresey City a major plus
